Troops from the Regimental Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps and the School of Ordnance conducted a comprehensive cleaning operation at the "Mawpiya Sewana" Elders' Home in Galpatha on 1st October 2024. Under the directive of the Colonel Commandant, Major General E M M Fernando Hdmc Lsc AATO, the soldiers meticulously restored the garden and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the facility. This initiative was conducted in conjunction with the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps.
