The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps organized a special programme on 11 September 2025 at the “ACCC” Child Development Centre, Ragama, where essential items and dry ration packs were distributed among the children.
The initiative was spearheaded by Mrs. Shirani Wijekoon, President of the SLAOC Seva Vanitha Branch, with the support and guidance of Col G T S Silva USP QLCO Lsc ato, The Commandant of BOD. Their guidance and commitment ensured the successful conduct of the programme, making it a noteworthy event in the Corps’ calendar.
The essential goods were generously donated by members of the SLAOC Seva Vanitha Branch as part of their ongoing welfare initiatives. Officers and Other Ranks of the BOD actively participated, making the occasion a meaningful and well-coordinated effort.
