BRIGADIER G A MUNASINGHE RSP ato ASSUMED DUTIES AS THE COLONEL COMMANDANT OF THE SRI LANKA ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS

Brigadier GA Munasinghe RSP ato Assumed duties as the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps on 07th June 2023 with a charm and graceful ceremony held at RHQ SLAOC, Dombagoda.

Beginning the days’ events, On his arrival, Col K M A W K Perera AATO Centre Commandant SLAOC warmly received him at the main entrance, and guard turnout was given by the Sri Lanka Ordnance Corps. After the Monument Wreath Laying and taking Photographs with Offrs the new colonel Commandant planted a sapling at camp premises, then a brief religious observance was conducted. New Colonel Commandant placed his signature on a formal document in the presence of Regimental staff to signify the acceptance of the duties & responsibilities of the new appointment.

After the All Ranks tea, at the troop address, new Col Comdt emphasized the importance of dedication, how to achieve organizational goals by working as a group, and the importance of protecting exciting resources.
