BRIG SMWBN THALAGAHAWATTA ato WAS HONOURED IN FAREWELL SALUTE

After completing 33 years of the service Centre Commandant Brig SMWBN Thalagahawatta ato retired from the SL Army on 09th August 2019 after Completion of commendable job for the SL Army.

Sequence of events followed by a guard turn out, ceremonial parade, group photographs, planting of tree sapling, All rank tea, tps address and farewell dinner at the officers’ mess. For a foresaid events, most of regimental senior Offrs and Offrs attended. Further Quarter Master General, The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps Maj Gen HGI Vidyananda VSV USP AATO Lsc grace the occasion of the farewell dinner with honorable lady wife. The mementos were presented to the Brig SMWBN Thalagahawatta ato and his honorable lady wife as token of appreciation.
