The 2nd Regimental council meeting for the 1stquarter of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps was held on 08March 2019 at the SLAOC Regimental conference hall, chaired by Quarter Master General and Col Comdt SLAOC Maj Gen HGI Vidyananda USP AATO Lsc .
Matters relating to the career progression of Officers, constructions and development progress of cricket ground and administration issues were taken in to discussion at the meeting. Except threesenior membersand all other council members were presented at the meeting. This council meeting is significant since it was the last Council meeting of Brigadier J A D P Jayathilaka USP ato who is due for his retirement on 26March 2019.
