Inter Regiment Cricket Tournament Brings Victory to SLAOC Cricket team

The finals of the Inter Regiment Cricket Tournament (‘A’ group) took place Friday (7) at Panagoda Sri Lanka Army cricket ground.

A total of 10 cricket teams, representing all Regiments in the tournament that began a few weeks ago until the finalists, Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) and Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) were selected to face the final tussle on Friday (7), in which the cricketers in the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps dominated the day and conquer the victory.

Major General BS Vidanage, Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Ordnance Corps and Chairman of Army Cricket Committee, extending best wishes to the players and large gathering of senior Officers, other rankers and Cricket fans watched the final match, irrespective of swelter weather.
