The first Regimental council meeting for the third quarter of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps got underway on 06 July 2018 at the SLAOC Regimental auditorium, chaired by Quarter Master General (QMG) and Col Comdt SLAOC Major General BS Vidanage.
Matters relating to the career progression of Officers, development progress of entire corps and administration issues came under discussion at the meeting. Except one senior member, all the council members were present at the meeting. This council meeting is significant since it was the last Council meeting of Brigadier HMUB Herath RSP USP AATO Lsc who is due for his retirement on 13 July 2018.
