In accordance to the directions given by Comd of the Army to launch an Offrs trg day quarterly, SLAOC organized its third consecutive Offrs training day on 09th December 2015 in RHQ SLAOC premises Dombagoda under the supervision and participation of the Col Comdt Maj Gen RV Udawatta psc ato. The programme was aligned with a set of activities. Day started from morning PT and drill. The guest lecture was conducted by Mr Roy Silva Director cum trainer at Knowledge village (Pvt) Ltd and visiting lecturer of university of Colombo. He has comprehensively covers subject of organizational behaviors, he discussed the subject as a case study by giving six various topics to six syndicates. Finally each syndicate discusses and presents their case study of the respective topics. \r\n\r\nIn the evening Dr. Namal Wijesinghe consultant cardiologist HOD medical faculty General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, conducted valuable discussion \"One heart on life\". End of his lecture there was a question and answering session to clarify the doubts of Offrs. Third Offrs trg end up with the Dinner Club activity followed by a dinner with Col Comdt & all Offrs. \r\n
