OFFICERS’ TRAINING DAY SUCCESSFULLY HELD ON 24th JUNE 2019 AT RHQ SLAOC

The officers’ training day was held for the mid quarter of the year on 24 June 2019.

The Training day commenced with a round of physical training and lectures. Lt Col HBBN Herath RSP SLAC deliverd a valuable lecture on Dominance of ISIS and its impact on Sri Lankan future. After the tea break Maj PGCS Wijerathne Lsc and Maj SPR Dissanayake Lsc delivered a lecture on care and preservation of Ammo Magazine Regulations and Transportation of Ammo. All officers were actively participated for these lectures.

The training day programme terminated with the Dinner’s Club held at the Officers Mess, RHQ SLAOC by the Col Comdt of SLAOC Mej Gen HGI Vidyananda VSV USP AATO Lsc conducting a lecture on SLAOC middle grade officers’ career progression and future construction progress of SLAOC.
