In accordance to the directions given by Comd of the Army to conduct an Offrs trg day quarterly, RHQ SLAOC organized its first Offrs training day for year 2016. In RHQ SLAOC premises Dombagoda under the supervision and participation of the Col Comdt Maj Gen RV Udawatta psc ato. The programme was aligned with a set of activities.
Day started from morning PT and drill. The guest lecture was conducted by Dr. Ajith Rohana Colonne Visiting Lecturer in management and Economics to Kotalawala Defence University, University of CBO and other leading post graduate institutes of the country. He has comprehensively covered the subject of Decision Making. Further he elaborated knowledge based decision making process for managerial and leadership effectiveness based on case studies. the evening Dr. Nayana Shiranthini Pallethenne Currently a senior lecture of Department of Community Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, South union Institute of Technology and medicine in Malabe. She conducted valuable discussion \'Non Communicable Diseases\'. End of her lecture there was a question and answering session to clarify the doubts of Offrs. First Offrs trg day end up with the Dinner Club activity followed by a dinner with Col Comdt all Offrs.
