Brigadier Ajith Munasinghe RSP ato assumed duties as the Centre Commandant of the Corps of Ordnance on 09th August 2021 in a simple ceremony held at Regimental Centre, Dombagoda.
The day’s proceedings were commenced with the Guard turnout accorded to the incoming Centre Commandant at the main entrance to the Regimental Headquarters. Subsequently, the new Centre Commandant was welcomed by the Staff Officers of the RHQ SLAOC and the new Centre Commandant left his signature in a formal document to mark the official acceptance of the new office.
