" Major General EMM Fernando Hdmc Lsc AATO, the Commander of Logistics Command and Colonel Commandant of SLAOC conducted the administrative inspection at the Sch of Ord on 28 March 2025.
" Upon arrival, the Comdt - Sch of Ord , Col WKSP Walakanda USP Lsc ato warmly welcomed the Col Comdt and invited him to receive the Guard Turnout. Following this, he participated in a tree planting ceremony and a group photograph. Subsequently, the Comdt delivered a comprehensive briefing to the Col Comdt on administrative functions.
" The highlight of the program was the Col Comdt declared open the newly renovated main lecture hall, a long awaited requirement for the Sch of Ord.
" Following this, he attended an all ranks tea party, where he engaged in a cordial discussion with the staff of the Regimental Headquarters and the Sch of Ord.
" Later, Col Comdt conducted a camp visit and participated in a troop address, during which he commended the Comdt and all ranks for their dedication and efforts in renovating the main lecture hall and contributing to the recent developments of the Sch of Ord. Finally he penned his best wishes in the visitors’ book.
