Col K M A W K Perera AATO Assumed duties as the Offg Centre Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps on 04 April 2023 with a charm and graceful ceremony held at RHQ SLAOC, Dombagoda.
Beginning the day’s events, newly appointed Centre commandant received the guard turnout presented by the RHQ. Brief religious observance was conducted. New Centre Commandant placed his signature for a formal document in the presence of Regimental staff to signify the acceptance of duties & responsibilities of the new appointment.
Marking this noteworthy day, Centre commandant planted a sapling at the HQ premises and posed for group photographs with officers of the Regiment. Afterwards, the Centre commandant addressed all the troops and mark end of programme.
