Brig P P A Perera psc Hdmc was the second Brigade Commander for General Engineering Brigade after the inauguration of newly established Brigade Headquarters.

The aim of this workshop is to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of Sapper Officers on Construction Project Management. As the Corps of Engineers is entrusted with projects and tasks not only within the Army but also projects on Nation Building and other National projects in support of local authorities, this workshop provides the required theoretical knowledge to officers involved in Military and Non-Military projects.
