THE MAIDEN AND LAST VISIT OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO SLMA

On 3 December 2021, Chief Of Staff, Major General WLPW Perera RWP RSP ndu paid a courtesy visit to the Sri Lanka Military Academy and he was warmly welcomed by the Commandant, Brigadier WWHRRVMNDKB Niyangoda RWP RSP USP ndu psc along with the senior officers of the military Academy.

At the arrival, he laid a wreath before the Monument of Peace in honour of the fallen heroes. Afterwards, he visited the Cadets’ Mess, to the Ella Museum where his intake photograph was placed in and observed the ongoing construction works at the Military Academy premises.

His first and last visit to SLMA was marked with the presentation of memento by the Commandant while his sensation upon the first visit was penned in the Visitor’s Book.
