CADETS REWARDED WITH AWARDS AT SLMA

The Awards Ceremony 2018 was held on 12th December at the Sri Lanka Military Academy, where 71 Officer Cadets received medals, certificates and trophies from the Chief Guest, Brigadier H H A S P K Senaratne, the Commandant of the institute. The Ceremony was also attended by the Deputy Commandant, all Wing Heads, officer and NCO instructors and all officer cadets.

Two officer cadets from Intake 58 (V); O/Cdt W M C M Senewirathne and Cdt/Sgt W A C G Lakmal were adjudged the Fittest Cadet and the Best Shot of the year respectively. The Awards Ceremony is a traditional event held annually at the Academy to recognize those who excel in academic and military studies, sports and other competitions conducted during the year.
