To educate, train and inspire the officer cadets, so that each officer cadet shall develop the character, leadership, intellectual competence and other military attributes essential for progressive and continuous development throughout a career of exemplary service to the nation as an officer, leader and gentleman/ lady of the Sri Lanka Army whilst upholding the motto of the Sri Lanka Military Academy, “Serve to Lead.”
