The Swimming Meet is held annually for senior term officer cadets with a view to produce swimmers with high skills and standards. The aim of the swimming meet is to develop courage, physical fitness, aggressiveness, stamina and endurance of officer cadets. This competition is organized to promote swimming as a sport at SLMA having catered to the social and competitive needs while giving them a sense of fairness in a competitive environment. Officer cadets of term 3 and above of Degree Intakes and final/ third term of KDU/ SC/ Lady/ Volunteer Intakes are eligible to take part in the competition while junior cadets are allowed to witness the meet.
