A distinguished delegation headed by Lieutenant General R S Raman, PVSM AVSM YSM of the Indian Army paid an official visit to the Sri Lanka Military Academy on 19 September 2025.
Upon their arrival, the delegation was warmly welcomed at the entrance by the Commandant of Sri Lanka Military Academy. During the meeting with the Commandant, they reflected on the strong bonds and enduring ties that have been cultivated between the two nations over the years.
After a friendly discussion, mementos were exchanged, and the visitor’s book was signed to commemorate the occasion. The delegation then paid visits to key Academy facilities including the library, the gymnasium, and the Officer Cadets’ Mess before departing from the Sri Lanka Military Academy.
