More than 8000 devotees were participated for this event

11th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery located in Meeyankolla under 232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area, organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" to clear the surrounding of the Shailabimbaramaya Temple in Dimbulagala area on 16 July2014.

12th Gajaba Regiment located in Manyanthuduwa under the 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area Conducted a awareness program on mental development for 125 School Students at Manyanthuduwa School in Manmunai. The program was conducted from 0830 hrs to 1000 hrs on 16 July 2014 with the assistance of civil lecturers.

22 Division in Security Forces Headquarters (East), organized a religious ceremony and alms giving in order to celebrate their Division Anniversary. For this religious event 38 Buddhist monks were participated.

2nd Gajaba Regiment located in Trincomalee under the 221 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area conducted a Shramadhana Campaign to clear the surrounding of Mohomad Jumma Mosque in Trincomalee on 19 July 2014.

Under the direction of Commander Security Forces (East) Maj Gen SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG, 22 Division General Officer Commanding Brigadier AMR Dharmasiri psc organized a Grand level "IFTHAR" programme with an aim to enhance the relationship with the Muslim community, in Trincomalee at 1730 hrs to 2000 hrs on 19th July 2014.

3 rd Sri Lanka National Guard Battalion located in Panichchankeni under the 233 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area conducted a seminar for 200 students who were sitting for the Grade 5 scholarship Exam at GTMS School. The programme was conducted from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on 19 July 2014 with the assistance of civil lecturers.

22 nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment located in Kallar under the 222 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area conducted a seminar for 461 students who are sitting for the Grade 5 scholarship exam at Bathiyagama School. The program was conducted from 0830 hrs to 1300 hrs on 20 July 2014 with the assistance of civil lecturers.
