  • MONTHLY MEETING OF CORPS OF ENGINEERS SEVA VANITHA BRANCH

    Monthly meeting of the Corps of Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch was held at Lieutenant General N K B Angammana Memorial Hall on 26 May 2018. The president Mrs Ajantha Hettiarachchi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Chef Chathurika Anuradha conducted an exciting cookery programme during the session to educate the members. Further, over 250 valuable books were donated to the RFT library by the president. In addition, tasks carried out during the last month and progress of the projects conducted under the supervision of the Seva Vanitha Branch was reviewed. At the end of the event organic vegetables stole was arranged to purchase organic vegetables for the members participated.

  • SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF CORPS OF SRI LANKA ENGINEERS BIDS FAREWELL FOR FORMER PRESIDENT

    Monthly meeting of Seva Vanitha branch of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, held at Corps Headquarter on 10 March 2018. After the formal proceedings by the president of Seva Vanitha Branch of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers’ Mrs Ajantha Hettiarrachchi, a guest lecture was conducted by Doctor Kaumadi Karunagoda on “Ayurvwda for Women Health” at the invitation by the Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, Major General Darshana Hettiarrachchi.

  • NEW SEVA VANITHA PRESIDENT TAKES OFFICE

    Mrs Ajantha Hettiarrachchi, the new President of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch, assumed duties during a charming ceremony held at Corps Headquarters on 18 February 2018. After taking over the duties, the new president visited RFT Library, and the farm which is functioning under the supervision of the Seva Vanitha Branch of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, along with members of the Seva Vanitha Branch. During her visit at the camp premises, new president shared her thoughts upon the uplifting the well-being of the Soldiers of the Corps. The Colonel Commandant and the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) Major General Darshana Hettiarrachchi, Centre Commandant Brigadier Sarath Dissanayake, Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch and Staff Officers of the Corps Headquarters also were present at the occasion.
