Under the visionary guidance of Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (West) and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, and Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, President of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch, another inspiring book donation programme was unfolded on 04th January 2025 at the 7 Field Engineer Regiment in Minneriya. This impactful initiative sought to unlock brighter futures for 21 children of soldiers, strengthening educational opportunities and fostering unity within military families.

Under the visionary guidance of Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (West) and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, and Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, President of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch, another inspiring book donation programme was unfolded on 17th December at the 6 Field Engineer Regiment in Pallekele. This impactful initiative sought to unlock brighter futures for 25 children of soldiers, strengthening educational opportunities and fostering unity within military families.

Under the guidance of the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, the 8 Field Engineer Regiment organized an educational aid and ration packs donation programme on Saturday, 30th November 2024 at the 8 Field Engineer Regiment, Vavuniya.

On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers organized a heartwarming book donation program at the SALEBA Convention Hall in Mattegoda. This event, launched under the direction of Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, Chairperson of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch, aimed to provide educational support to the children of soldiers.
