According to the instructions given by the Directorate of Training and under the supervision and guidance of the Commanding Officer of 10 Field Engineer Regiment Lt Col WKST Kannangara psc SLE, 10 Field Engineer Regiment have successfully conducted a Corporal to Sergeant promotion course. The promotion course commenced on 18th of January 2022 and it has been scheduled to conduct within 35 working days and terminated on 28th February 2022 with the participation of 34 noncommissioned officers from 1 SLE, 5 SLE, 6 SLE, 8 SLE, 10 SLE and 11 SLE units.

In accordance with the concept of Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, the 10 Field Engineer Regiment successfully conducted a three-day Leadership Workshop for Senior Noncommissioned Officers which was designed to develop and exhibit character with a combination of leadership traits and values and attributes that enables SNCO’s to see what to do, decide to do, and influence others to follow in order to be competent in the knowledge and skills as a leader. The Workshop was started on 24th of February 2022 with the participation of three SNCO’s from 9 SLE and eleven SNCO’s from 10 SLE.
