232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area organized a Medical Clinic for people in Kudumbimale area at Meeyankolla School, with the sponsorship of MOH and doctors of Batticaloa on 23rd Nov 2013. 60 x patients from privileged families in Kudumbimale area participated .

24th Sri Lanka National Guard located in Sinhapura under 233 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Force (East) area, conducted a Medical clinic and organized a distribution of 2 computers worth of Rs. 82000.00, 80 parcels of school amenities worth of Rs. 1250.00 each, first aid box worth of Rs. 8500.00, books for the library worth of Rs. 12000.00 and a television worth of Rs. 38000.00 for the students of Sinhapura Sooriyawewa Primary School with the sponsorship of Pragna Pahansiluwa Foundation on 06th December 2013.

24th Sri Lanka National Guard located in Sinhapura under 233 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Force (East) organized a distribution of gift packs of school amenities and 06 x bicycles among 250 x students of Sewanapitiya Primary School with the sponsorship of Mr. H.M Sudantha from Moratuwa on 01st December 2013.

16 th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery located in Tharavikulam under 232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) provided necessary equipment to get the electricity connection and organized a distribution of school amenities among Grade 1 to Grade 5 students of Bogamuyaya Primary School in Bogamuyaya with the sponsorship of Sucharitha Organization, Dompe on 04th December 2013

12th Gajaba Regiment located in Batticaloa under 231 Bde 23 Division in Security Forces (East) provided assistance for the renovation of Sathurukondan Pre school in Manmunai on 04th December 2013.

22nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment located in Kallar under 222 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East), organized a distribution of school amenities among 81 x students of Saraswathi School in Lingapuram, Somapura School and Agbopura Pre School with the sponsorship of Galigamuve Gnana deepa Thero on 07th December 2013.

233 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Force (East) organized a distribution of school amenities among 19 x Grade 5 students of Sewanapitiya Primary School in Welikanda area with the sponsorship of Mrs. T.B Dhammika Gunarathna from Badulla on 06th December 2013.
