Sri Lanka Army ,3rd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Located in Karthive under 631 Brigade of Task Force 3 in Security Forces (East), Organized the Breakfast , the Lunch and the Dinner on 16 September 2013 for residents at Weeramunai Sri Spadadevi Children$s Home in Karthive .

6th Sri Lanka Armored Corps located in Morawewa Under 221 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Organized following welfare activities with the assistance of "Udahamulla Lions Club" at Morawewa School on 21 Sep 2013 with a participation of several Military and Civil dignitaries. Distribution of School amenities for students in Morawewa School Distribution of Dry Ration Packets Conducted a Medical and a Dental Clinic.

12th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery located in Sittandi under 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area conducted a "Shramadana Campaign" to clear Thannamunai Joshap Pre School area and the common well at the School premises in Eravurpaththu with participation of villagers in the area on 20 Sep 2013.

Security Forces Headquarters (East) Organized an Awareness Programme for Officers who are serving under Security Forces ,East area in the topic of the usage of Language and Communication Skills with the assistance of Miss W.P Thushari Welagedara of Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation at the premises of Security Forces Headquarters (East) on 25 Sep 2013.

3rd Sri Lanka National Guard located in Panichchankerni under 233 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area, provided soft drinks for Devotees who came from Batticoloa to attend for the annual pooja of "Sri Siththi Velayudam Kovil" in Verugal on 23rd September 2013.

2nd Sri Lanka National Guard located in Ichchalampattu under 222 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East), provided Lunch Packets for 2500 x Devotees who attend for the annual pooja of "Sri Siththi Velayudam Kovil" in Verugal on 22 September 2013.

12th Gajaba Regiment located in Manmunai under of 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Organized a Religious Programme at "Arasadi Pulleyar Kovil" in Manmunai on 24st September 2013. Villagers in the Area also attend for the Pooja along with soldiers.

5 Sri Lanka Artillery Regiment located in Thopoor under 224 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East), provided Lunch Packets for 14 x Students of "Weeramanagar Pre School" in Patalipuram are on 26th September 2013.
