23rd Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment located in Komari under 632 Bde of Task Force 3 in Security Forces (East) conducted following welfare and religious activities at Panama Temple on 30 August 2013, for the benefit of Villagers of Panama with the Sponcership of Rev Gunarathna, The President of Maha Karuna Society of Singapore. - Offered Lunch for 30 x Priests - Distribution of School amenities for students - Distribution of Dry Rations and Mats for 60X families - Donation of 15 x feeding bottles for Infants - Donation of 5 x beds to Sharsthaweli Temple ,Panama

2nd Sri Lanka National Guard located in Jayanthigama under 222 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East),provided Lunch Packets for students of Kallady "Sarasavi" Pre School and Organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" to clean the Surroundings of "T/Sri Maleymly Amman School" on 02 Sep 2013.

Troops of 224 Brigade located in Thopoor under 22 Division in Security Forces (East), Provided Man Power Assistance for the renovation of Rehabilitation Centre in Manalchena in Thopoor on 03rd Sep 2013.

15th Sri Lanka Light Infantry located in Thoppur Under 224 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Provided Man Power assistance for the construction of Sammale Kovil in Thambalagamuwa on 02 Sep 2013.

Sri Lanka Army, 11th Sri Lanka National Guard located in Komari under 632 Bde of Task Force 3 in Security Forces (East) conducted a Donation of Dry Ration,clothing and Toys for 45 x under privileged families in Aligambe village at Aligambe Temple on 31 August 2013,with the Sponsorship of Rev Gunarathna, The President of Maha Karuna Society of Singapore.

233 Brigade located in Vakarai under 23 Division in security force (East) area Organized an Elle training work shop to enhance the sportsmanship of the the younger generation of Vakarai area with the assistance of Coaches of Sri Lanka Army Elle Pool on 03rd Sep 2013.48 X Players from Schools and Sports Clubs in Vakarai area were participated for the Work Shop.

22nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Located in Kallar under 222 Brigade of 22 Divition in Security Forces (East) area provided Man Power assistances to Paint the "Pachchimarama Temple" in Serunuwara from 0900 hrs to 1600hrs on 5th September 2013.

222 Brigade Located in Jayanthigama under 22 Divition in Security Forces (East) area provided assistances to conduct 25th Anniversary of Peramaduwa School .Akbopura in Kanthale on 5th and 6th September 2013,there was a all night Pirith Ceremony and an Alms giving for 15 Monks on the following day.Sri Lanka Army provided a Water Bowser and Man Power assistance for the success of the event. 231 Brigade located in Batticaloa under 23 Division in Security Force (East) area organized an Elle training work shop to enhance sportsmanship amongst the younger generation of Batticaloa area with the assistance of coaches from Sri Lanka Army Elle Pool at Korakallimadu Sri Rahirisi College Play Ground on 05th Sep 2013.130 X Players from 07 Schools in Batticaloa area participated for the Work Shop.

232 Brigade located in Thoppigala under 23 Division in Security Force (East) area organized an Elle training work shop to enhance sportsmanship amongst the younger generation of Polonnaruwa and Ampara area with the assistance of coaches from Sri Lanka Army Elle Pool at Dehiattakandiya National Play Ground on 05th Sep 2013. 85 x Players from 04 Schools in Batticaloa area participated for the Work Shop.
