2nd Gajaba Regiment located in Trincomalee under 221 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" to clear the surroundings of $Rewatha Childrens$ Home in Trincomalee on 03rd Aug 2013.

With an aim to enhance the relationship with the Muslim community, 224 Brigade located in Thoppur under 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, assist to conduct and participated for an "IFTAR" programme conducted at Jummah Mosque in Mollipothana on 02th Aug 2013.

With an aim to enhance the relationship with the Muslim community, 2nd Gajaba Regiment located in 221 Brigade under 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, conducted an "IFTAR" programme for 100 Muslim Devotees at the Headquarters, 2nd Gajaba Regiment, Trincomalee on 30th July 2013.

12th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery located in Batticaloa under 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" with civilians in the area, to clear the surroundings of "Navakkadu Central Dispensary" in Batticaloa on 05th Aug 2013

233 Brigade of 23 Division in the Security Forces (East) area. Sister Principal, Teachers and Students of Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya took part in an outreach programme for students of lesser privileged as part of their Foster School assistance endeavor. They organized and conducted a sport meet for students at Kandalady primary school in Vakarai on 06th Aug 2013. At the conclusion of the event they distributed school amenities to all the children of the school.

24th Sri Lanka National Guard stationed in Sinhapura under 233 Brigade of 23 Division in the Security Forces( East) area, Provide assistance to Organized an Eye Clinic and Distribution of Spectacles conducted by "Sri Lanka Federation of Visully Handy Cap" for Villagers of Sinhapura, Muthuvalla, Parakumyaya, and Dibulana at Dibulana School from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs on 10 Aug 2013, More than 300 hundred personnel were benefited. Several Military and Civil dignitaries were participated for the opening ceremony of the event.

With an Aim to uplift the Educational standards in the Eastern Theater, 15th Sri Lanka Light Infantry located in Thoppur Under 224 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area, Conducted a Seminar for 51 x Students, who appear for the "Year 5" scholarship Examination in the Year 2013, at "T/Mollipothana School" in Trincomalee from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on 06th Aug 2013.

Donated Wheel Char, Clutches by 17 SLLI Troops for Aurveda Hospital in Minneriya with the Direction of Major General SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG Security Force Commander (East) on 15 Aug 2013.

Tamil and Muslims Religious leaders conducted of the Meeting at Kalmunai provincial council office on 13 Aug 2013 for The purpose to Solve the day today Problems within them self. Commander Security Forces (East), Commander TF 3, Commander 631 Bde, Commanding Officer 3 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment were attended.
