As an effective way to bring communities together and make people more appreciative of their common environment, the troops of 1Mechanized Infantry Regiment conducted a programme to clean the Kaddaikadu Beach on 4th February 2024.
As a goodwill gesture and also to maintain strong bond with the community in Kilinochchi District, 55 Infantry Division conducted a cultural event and donation programme (school items) for 103 students on 04 February 2024 at "Nelum Piyasa" theater, Iranamaduin line with the 76th National Independence Day celebrations.
