The visiting speaker was warmly welcomed by the Major General UKDDP Udugama RWP RSP USP ndu psc, the Commandant of Army War College on his arrival. The Jaffna Commander delivered an eloquent speech that enlightened the audience on his Command Experience over 35 years of Military life. All participants were inspired by the speech, in which the speaker shared his expertise, knowledge and experience.
