The Security Forces (Jaffna) marked its 28th Anniversary with a series of commemorative events. On 18 June, a Bodhi Pooja programme was held, followed by a tribute to the fallen War Heroes at the Palaly Monument on 19 June 2024. The Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna) Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, was honoured with a Guard Turnout and Guard of Honour at the Security Forces Headquarters premises.
