Commander security forces ( East ) Major General SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndc IG, has donated a wheel chair to a disabled child named RK Achinthika in Neeththa madawalanda ,Ampara at her residence on 12th Nov 2014. GOC 24 Division and 2 IC 11 SLNG were participated at the occasion. (Troops participated 08 x 15)
