Headquarters Armoured Brigade has organized leadership and motivational workshops for the all ranks of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) under the guidance of the Colonel Commandant of SLAC and the Commander Armoured Brigade during the 11 to 22 October 2021. Veteran Instructor Warrant Officer I Waduge Piyarathna Silva (Rtd) - SLAC has conducted the lecture series on self-discipline, soldiers’ behavior, positive thinking, personality development, situation handling and man management to enhance their military career in order to face multiple challenges at their workplace. Total number of 1170 were participated for the aforesaid workshop series including Regimental Centre and the all Units.

The foundation stone laying ceremony of the proposed house to be constructed for the low-income family of Mrs E M Anusha Sandamali Rathnayaka in Kalagahamulla, Panliyadda, Malsiripura took placed on 16 October 2021 under the guidance of Commander Armoured Brigade, Brigadier P A M Peris RSP USP psc. The proposed house is to be constructed with the labor support of 5 Reconnaissance Regiment, Sri Lanka Armoured Corps with the financial sponsorship of Mr Rohan Gunaseekara. Commander Armoured Brigade - Brigadier PAM Peris RSP USP psc, Commanding Officer of 5 Reconnaissance Regiment - Lt Col WAWT Sujith RWP psc, Officers and Other Ranks attended this occasion.

Inter Regiment Elle Tournament - 2021 has organized by 7 (V) Regiment, Sri Lanka Armoured Corps was held at the Armoured Corps Training Centre playground on 27 and 28 September 2021. Brigadier W A S R Wijedasa WWV RSP USP psc graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Commander Armoured Brigade, Brigadier P A M Peiris RSP USP psc attended as a guest of honour for the finals.

Armoured Corps Training Centre has conducted a Leadership Workshop for the Senior Non Commission Officers of Armoured Corps under the guidance of The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps on 27 and 28 September 2021. Veteran Instructors Warrant Officer I K R A Senavirathna (Rtd) and Warrant Officer I Waduge Piyarathna (Rtd) also Conducted lectures on discipline, behavior at a function, personality development and man management respectively. Brigadier W A S R Wijedasa WWV RSP USP psc conducted the diners Club in order to enhance the Knowledge on ‘Present Role of the SNCOs’. Total no of 98 x SNCOs participated for the aforesaid workshop.
