The 33rd Commemoration of the late Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa was held on 8 August 2025 at the Denzil Kobbekaduwa Memorial Statue in Anuradhapura. The event was graced by the Director General General Staff of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, Major General P R Pathiravithana USAWC psc, as the Chief Guest.
