Quarterly Officers’ Training Day of the Corps of Signals for the 2nd Quarter of the year 2019 was held at the Signal Regimental Centre on 31 July 2019. The training programme started with Morning PT session that was held at SLSC Play Ground from 0600 hrs to 0700 hrs. As per the programme of the day, after the group breakfast at the Officers’ Mess till 0815 hrs, a period was allocated for all the young officers who were present to practice essential Sward Drills.

Major General N M Hettiarachchi USP psc Hdmc, Chief Signal Officer Sri Lanka Army assumed office as the 9th Colonel Commandant in Sri Lanka Signal Corps.
