The Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Swarna Bothota opened the newly-built accommodation block for the Senior Officers at Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) on 29th May 2023 amidst blessings of all Officers during a simple ceremony at the auspicious time. The General Officer Commanding, 55 Infantry Division, Major General Prasanna Gunaratne has given away a dry ration pack and a gift each to 17 civilian staff in the division on 08th April 2023.
The General Officer Commanding thanked all civilian staff, whom have been working happily at the division and conveyed the New Year greetings to them and their family members. Mr Thilakarathna a civilian staff has commended the generosity of GOC.
