For the purpose of enhancing the knowledge, attitudes, skills and communication ability of healthcare professionals and coordination of peripheral care in the region of Security Forces (Jaffna), a Medical Workshop was organized by the Army Base Hospital (Palaly) on 06 November 2022 in the main auditorium.
It has been observed that due to excessive amount of illicit drug transportation at present, the young generation has been severely addicted to drugs. As per the concept of the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Chandana Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu, a Basic Cookery Course was launched on 20th September 2022 at Thalsevana Army Resort that offered training in western and oriental cuisine for the troops, who are interested in culinary field in Jaffna Peninsula.
