Security Forces Headquarters (East) "Bakmaha Ulela 2013" was held at Security Forces Headquarters (East) Grounds on 27th April 2013. Commander Security Forces (East) Major General Lal Perera attend the festival as the Chief Guest. Senior officers, Officers, Other Ranks and members of the civil staff who are stationed under Security Forces Headquarters (East) along with their families enjoyed the events in the New Year festival which added a lot of fun and entertainment.
