12th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery located in Kalladi under 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) Organized a Lunch for 21 Elders at Kalladi Shiwananda Elders Home in Batticoloa and Distributed Gifts worth of RS: 6930.00 on 31 May 2014.

24 Division in Security Forces (East) area Organized to Donate an Almirah for the use of Students who were Studying at Siri Sambodhi Dhamma School at Sri Samboodhirukkarama Temple in Dadayamthalava on 01st June 2014 with the Sponsorship of Professor Athula Sumathipala and his wife.

15th Regiment, Sri Lanka Light infantry located in Soorangal under 224 Brigade of 22 Div in Security Force (East) area assist to Organize an Eye Clinic for people in Kanthale and Thissapura at Agbopura Temple on 30 May 2014. With the participation of 04 X Doctors, 08 X Medical Staff of Kanthale Hospital. 115 X Patients were received treatments from the said Eye clinic.

222 Brigade of 22 Div in Security Force (East) area distributed 100 parcels of dry rations worth of Rs 100,000.00 for people who live in Somawathiya Nava Gammanya and School Items worth of Rs 20000.00 for Shilpha Pre School in the area on 01 June 2014 with the sponsorship of Sachitra Dahanayaka of Kaduwela.

A meeting was presided by GOC 24 Division with all Religious Leaders in Ampara District on 03 June 2014 at Divisional Secretariat Office- Alayadivembu. 55 no. of Multi Religious Leaders participated for the occasion.

22nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment station in Serunuwara under 222 Brigade of 22 Division in Security Forces (East) area organized a Sathara Books distribution programme for 180 students of Grade 5 who study at T/Peramaduwa School in Kanthale area with the sponsorship of Mr. Kumar Raziya, Director Administration of Pedrizo Company on 05 June 2014.

12th Regiment Sri Lanka Artillery stationed in Kalladi under 231 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area Organized a "Dengue Prevention Shramadhana Campaign" to clear the Ottamavadi School in Koraleipattu with the participation of teachers and students in the school on 08th June 2014.

23rd Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment located in Komari under 242 Brigade of 24 Division in Security Forces (East) organized a “Shramadhana Campaign” to clear the surroundings of Sri Bodhirajarama Temple in Potuvil area on 07th June 2014 with the participation of villagers in the area.

8th Regiment, Sri Lanka National Guard stationed in Periyawadduwan, under 232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East) area conducted a "Pooja" at Periyavadduwan Kovil with the participation of Devotees in the Area on 05th June 2014.
