6th Vijayabahu Regiment located in Thiriyaya under the 221 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Forces (East), organized a meritorious event at Girigadu saya Temple at thiriyaya on 18 Oct 2014. GA of Kutchchuweli was participated for the event. (Troops participated 04 x 40 )

Commander security force (East) Maj Gen SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG declared opened a "Dramashalawa" of Sri Bobhirajaramaya at Mailankarachchi temple at Nawaladi on 18 Oct 2014. 9 GW was provided the required assistance for this meritorious deed.Commander 233 Brigade and other military and civilian officials were made their presence at the occasion.

Commander security force (East) Maj Gen SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG declared opened a "Sangawasaya and Dana Shalawa" of Jayasumanaramaya temple at Trincomalee on 19 Oct 2014. 2 (V) GR was provided the required assistance for this meritorious deed. GOC 22 division, Commander 221 Brigade and other military and civilion officials were made their presence at the occasion.
