  • Troops of 552 Infantry Brigade Volunteer for Blood Donation

    In line with the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, 552 Infantry Brigade conducted a blood donation campaign under the visionary leadership of Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Force - Jaffna, and the guidance of Major General RKNC Jayawardena RSP ndc, General Officer Commanding of 55 Infantry Division on 02 October 2024.

  • Blood Donation Programme by Security Forces (Jaffna)

    As per the Direction of Director General of Army Health Services and Director Army Medical Services, Major (Dr) WANC Wijesinghe - Commanding Officer of Army Base Hospital, Palaly and the Hospital staff organized a blood donation campaign with the assistance of Blood Bank- Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, to mark the75th Anniversary of Sri Lanka Army.

  • Training Day Programme held at 52 Infantry Division

    Under the supervision of Major General PR Pathiravithana USAWC psc, the General Officer Commanding of 52 Infantry Division, a lecture on drugs prevention conducted on 18 September 2024 with the lecture assistance on Colonel RMN Rathnayake KSP – Colonel Coordinating (V) of 52 Infantry Division.

  • Araly Point Commemorates Lieutenant General Denzil kobbekaduwa & Accompanying War Heroes

    The Araly Point Monument in Kayts on Thursday, 8 August 2024 recalled the undying memories of the country’s one of the finest legendary military leaders, Lieutenant General Denzil Kobbekaduwa RWP RSP VSV USP rcds psc and several other military War Heroes who laid their lives in an LTTE landmine blast at Araly Point on 8 August 1992.
