68 school students, belonging to families of the Corps of Engineer Service (CES) received scholarships, gift packs, containing essential school accessories and equipment during the Annual General Meeting of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch, held at its regimental center on 10 December 2022.

In conjunction with the 73rd Anniversary of the Corps of Engineer Services, the ‘Kiri Pindu Pooja’ was held on 16 December 2022 near Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi, Anuradhapura, in order to pray to the members of the Corps of Engineer Services, their families, flags and to pay tribute to the fallen war heroes.

The 1 Engineer Services Regiment moved out of the Panagoda Army Cantonment building that had been installed since established and its reestablished it in the newly constructed three-storied building near the water pump in front of the Panagoda Army Cantonment on 01.08.2022 in simultaneously with the 72nd Unit Day Anniversary of the 1 Engineer Services Regiment.
