Col YKS Rangika psc ptsc assumed duties as the 22nd Centre Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services on 02 May 2023 at the Corps of Engineer Services Regimental Headquarters.
In accordance with military traditions a Guard Turnout was accorded in honour of new Centre Commandant. Amidst religious observances Col YKS Rangika psc ptsc placed his signature in an official document to symbolically signify the acceptance of the new office.
