Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess of the Corps of Engineer Services hosted a Guest Night to celebrate the 75thAnniversary of the Corps of Engineer Services on 06th January 2025. The event was held at the Regimental Headquarters CES alongside with the Corps Day Celebrations of 75th Anniversary.

In preparation for the 75th Corps Day Anniversary celebrations, the Regimental Centre of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) organized an all-night pirith chanting ceremony on 03rdJanuary 2025, held at the Regimental Headquarters (RHQCES) premises. The event, which took place in the evening before the Corps’ Anniversary was aimed to invoke blessings upon both serving and retired members of the CES.

The event, which brought together members of the Corps, Senior Officers, Officers and NCOs, was a testament to the enduring legacy and excellence of the Corps.

The Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services and the Director General of Directorate of Media and Psychological Operations and the Media Spokesperson of the Sri Lanka Army Major General KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc made his maiden visit to Engineer Services Trade School Saturday 7th December. At the entrance he was accorded with a Guard Turnout and was welcomed by the ESTS Commandant, Lieutenant Colonel SDN Sooriyapperuma USP Lsc CES.

The Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services and the Director General of Directorate of Media and Psychological Operations and the Media Spokesperson of the Sri Lanka Army Major General KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc made battalion visit to 15(V) Engineer Services Regiment in Bulnewa on 07 December 2024. The Commanding Officer, Lt Col SBTP De Silva CES extended a warm welcome to the Colonel Commandant at the arrival and was then saluted with a drive pass showcasing the regiment's discipline.
