THE CORPS OF ENGINEER SERVICES BIDS FAREWELL TO OUTGOING COLONEL COMMANDANT

The Corps of Engineer Services held a formal farewell ceremony on 04 ^th April 2026 at the Regimental Centre in Panagoda to honour its outgoing Colonel Commandant, Brigadier YKS Rangika psc ptsc. He served as the 17^th Colonel Commandant from 18 ^th January 2026 to 04 ^th April 2026.
