The event recognized and honoured CES sportsmen who showcased outstanding performances at various levels including inter-regiment tournaments, Defence Services competitions, as well as national and international arenas.

A focused knowledge-sharing session titled “Disseminate Engineer Services More Effectively and Efficiently” was successfully conducted on 24 July 2025 at Headquarters, Security Forces (Jaffna). The session was organized by the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) under the guidance of Major General KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc, the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), under the supervision of Brigadier YKS Rangika psc ptsc, the Director Engineer Services with the primary aim of improving awareness and procedural clarity among officers and ORs on how to effectively utilize the services provided by the Directorate of Engineer Services.

The event took place at the Officers' Mess premises and was organized with the aim of strengthening camaraderie and unity among the CES family.

The Corps of Engineer Services organized a training day program for its officers at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda on 6th of March 2025. This event marked the first training day of the year 2025 for the officers of the Corps and was attended by approximately 120 participants. The day was designed to not only focus on professional development but also offer opportunities for recreation and camaraderie among the officers and their families.
