The Corps of Engineer Services bade farewell to Brig SN Kithulgoda USP who served as the Brigadier (A/Q) of 1 Corps, on 31 Jan 2023 who is to be retired from the Army on 02 Feb 2023 after rendering a 28 years of exemplary and distinguished service to the Corps of Engineer Services ,Sri Lanka Army and the Nation.
