The second quarter meeting of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) for 2026 was held on 21 April 2026 at the Army Headquarters. Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, President of ASVU, graced the event as the Chief Guest. Chairpersons of the Seva Vanitha Branches representing all regiments participated in the meeting. The proceedings commenced with the singing of the ASVU song, followed by two minutes silence in remembrance of fallen war heroes. Thereafter, a short documentary highlighting the welfare and other activities of ASVU and Regimental Seva Vanitha Branches was screened.
