General Officer Commanding of 65 Infantry Division Major General K A Samarasiri RWP RSP USP psc participated for the event as the Chief Guest with his spouse.

Awareness workshop on Green Agriculture, conducted by the Divisional Secretariat Office - Anuradhapura, was held at 21 Infantry Division premises on 2nd February 2022. 21 Infantry Division facilitated the said event and 225 representatives related to the Green Agriculture Projects were participated which include, 145 civil representatives from Provincial Agriculture Department and Agrarian Service Department, 80 Army Officers / Other Ranks, 30 Civil Defense Force members, who are involving with the Green Agriculture projects.

The training of junior leaders are paramount important to maintain operational readiness and also to practice the mission command. In percent day context military training is very important for maintain operational readiness. Accordingly keeping that on view with the direction of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General C D Ranasinghe RWP RSP and under the supervision and guidance of General Officer Commanding of 65 Infantry Division Major General K A Samarasiri RWP RSP USP psc, a refresher course No 01 on Basic Tactics conducted for NCOs in Security Forces (Wanni) AOR from 24th January 2022 to 29th January 2022 at Battalion Training School - Mulankavil. After reviewing the progress of the course No 01 the second course was organized under guidance of the GOC 65 Infantry Division from 7th February 2022 to 12th February 2022. During course period strictly adhering to the health guide lines published by the Army Headquarters and health authorities.
