Troops of 4 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment conducted a cleaning programme at Bhadrakali Amman Kovil, Nellandai in J/404 Thumpalei GN Division on 13 June 2024. The programme was organized under the guidance of General Officer Commanding, 52 Infantry Division and the Commander, 521 Infantry Brigade with the aim of assisting civil community. The Chief Priest and people of the area appreciated and paid their gratitude towards the Sri Lanka army.

In a refreshingly new multi-dimensional move to raise bonds of existing Civil-Military Cooperation to new heights, the 51 Infantry Division of the Security Forces (Jaffna) gifted its second exclusive ‘CIMIC Park’ for Sports (for play), Recreation (for leisure ) and Education (for explore) to the Palaly, Jaffna coastal belt and surrounding suburb civilian community during a brief ceremony on 07 June 2024. Major General MGWWWMCB Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna), graced the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed by the Major General WBJK Wimalaratne RWP RSP, the General Officer Commanding of 51 Infantry Division.

With the aim of fostering unity and goodwill among the youth in Killinochchi District, the 55 infantry Division organized a Football Tournament from 14 and 17 May 2024. The culmination of this event took place on Friday (17 May) at the Sports Complex Killinochchi.
