Troops of the 51 Infantry Division under Security Force Headquarters (Jaffna) maintained their intensive humanitarian operations across the Jaffna Peninsula on 4 December 2025, marking the third consecutive day of sustained relief efforts in response to Cyclone Ditwah and adverse weather conditions. Soldiers from all three brigades under command continued to address critical community needs through ongoing restoration projects, well cleaning and restoration operations, drainage improvement works, and systematic cleaning programmes at educational and healthcare facilities throughout the region.

According to the concept of the Clean Sri Lanka Programme implemented by the present government, and with the aim of creating a healthy environment for the future generation, a programme to construct and ceremonially hand over a sanitary facility for a low-income family living in the GN Division J/388 Valvettithurei (N/W), under the Point Pedro Divisional Secretariat, was carried out on 03 December 2025 under the patronage of the Commander, 521 Infantry Brigade .
