232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East), Organized a Distribution of 30 X Bicycles among 30 X school children of KiranVidyalaya, Pondukalchena Vidyalaya, Eralakkulam Vidyalaya, Wadumune GTM Vidyalaya and Pulipanchikal GTM Vidyalaya with the sponsorship of CHILD FUND Organization on 11 February 2015.This event was held at Divisional Secretariat Office Koralepaththu South. 232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East), Organized an Educational Trip for 19 x students of Walayaya Vidyalaya and Thihilaweddi Vidyalaya to witness the Army Sports Exhibition which was held at the BMICH Colombo on 12th February 2015.(Troops participated 02 x 03)

8th Sri Lanka National Guard under 232 Brigade of 23 Division located at Periyawadduwan under Security Force (East) Organized a Shramadana Campaign to reconstruct the road heading to Pallathuchchena on 13 February 2015. 15 x Civilins also were participated for the said shramasana campaign.
